Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@gotarzans.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please reach out if you’re unsure about a specific item.

 

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date in the same as-new condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items (sale items, clearance products, and gift cards) cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging) with proof of purchase.


Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
